Colombian Brazuca

HELLO! I FINALLY HAVE MY CAMERA BACK!!

I don't know about all of you guys but I am fused to my couch this World Cup, catching every game I can before responsibility calls and I roll out of my comfy pajamas. I've got these quick match inspired nails to share with you today. I've got some stuff to do before the game comes on so no interruptions!

I painted all my other nails plain colors to represent the Colombian flag. I used O.P.I - I Just Can't Cope-acabana, Sinful Colors - Endless Blue and China Glaze - Hey Sailor. The accent is a white base and a swirl pattern with the same colors.

I can't even remember the last time I picked up a brush but I think it came out pretty ok! Who knew that swirls would be a hassle to copy. But with all the awesome World Cup nails, especially focused on the Brazuca game ball, (favorites being the amazing Chelsea Queen and WorkPlayPolish) I had to give it a shot.

The colors are a bit different from the flag which I found a bit odd, but I like that the yellow/red melts together in some places. It made a huge cushion for error which I totally took advantage of. I mean... did on purpose. Artistically ;)

I am positive we will beat Japan! I mean I painted my nails to match, so they have to. It only makes sense. Thanks for reading this post!
