Boy oh! Usually I am posting earlier in the morning on saturday with my stamping look. I just did not feel like it. Lazin around after Christmas is just top priority right now. I slapped this look together because I was cravin some holo after all the Christmas looks I've done. BUTTTT I still have a couple more Christmassy looks saved up because my heart is still December 25th right now. Anyway, getting on with the stamping!

Merry Christmas Eve Eve
The Eve Eve is upon us and I'm excited! Adding the last bows to the presents, squeezing in that last work out as a meager attempt to atone for the sins you will commit at the dinner table for your Christmas Eve/Christmas dinner. I love it. Here is a quick and simple, non stamping manicure I put together to celebrate.

Glam Polish - Maleficent
A Sunday Swatch for you! Technically Wednesday since I didn't publish this post on 11/30 like I planned to...
I've been saving this in my drafts for a while for a rainy day but I figured I would go ahead and post it up now because I have some Christmas designs coming up and this may look a little out of place. Even though I've never been one to follow seasonal colors.

Purple Flowers
Today I have a look that's copied from Natalie aka the stamping queen. It's her birthday today and as I sat down to do my nails I was thinking why not copy one of my favorite combos from her to say "Yay! I'm glad you were born so I can glean from your creative mind!" Is that weird? Only nail friends do that I'm sure hahaha. Anyway. Onward.
I used MoYou Pro Plate 11 for the decal that's stamped with Wet n Wild Black Creme and filled in with Morgan Taylor Invitation Only. The base for the decal is OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls. My decals are a lil rusty but I'm pleased with this simple combo!
I don't know if I got a bad bottle or something but I am not a fan of this formula. This is three thin coats. You're lucky you're gorgeous Morgan...
I hope you guys have a fabulous Monday. I will be spending my day in CPR/First Aid training for my job. Wee? At least my nails will look fly when I'm practicing on a dummy. That's all that matters right?

Tiffany Stripes
It's seriously been 5ever. This semester just came full force at me and nails definitely took a back seat. After I came back from vacation I had tough cuticles, almost calloused o_o and those needed to be softened up. They're finally at a point where photos are decent again!
This look features China Glaze For Audrey, a gorgeous muted Tiffany blue. Click the jump for a few more photos!

A Little Beachy
Happy Wednesday! Short post today because I'm not really happy with the gradient so I didn't take many photos but the rest was decent enough!
Index and pinky: China Glaze - Sunday Funday with OPI - Amazon...Amazoff sponged on top.
I found the latter really watery for my gradient and it wasn't building up properly. Poo!
Middle: OPI - Love. Angel. Music. Baby
Ring: China Glaze - Shower Together
Stamp: Winstonia 108 with China Glaze - Passion as my stamping polish.
Inspired by this beauteous manicure from Kelli at the Nail Polish Challenge. Whose birthday is today and the reason why I recreated it :)

Save Pacific Blue Collaboration
I first heard word from Gianna at Nouveau Cheap that the beautiful, one coater, dusty cobalt/indigo blue we all know and love as Pacific Blue is going to be changed. This is a little post offering my two cents and a little more.
I tried to make it short but it is still a little wordy, so click the jump to read this post and see the collage!

100th Post!
Boy did I wish I had something more special for my 100th post. Maybe I'll try for 1,000. Haha..
I miss blogging! It's only been about two weeks but it feels like forever. And then I had this chronic dryness and my hands were like lizards. (Cute I know.) Between my new job and finals coming up it's hard to find time for it and even doing my nails in general, so I'm excited for summer and more time for nails and blogging!

Emerald Stripes
So I may not have any May flowers right at this moment, but I am definitely busting out Emerald by Lacquer Lust for this joyous first day of May! I love May, probably because it's my birth month, but because it screams spring to me. Yay! I can't wait to use this color more often with an actual flower manicure.
For now I have this amazing striped design that is a recreation of this tape design by Sois Polish! It has been on my mind for the longest and I finally had time to sit down and do it. And I LOVE the result.
I started with a base of Essie Sand Tropez and placed striping tape accordingly, look at her picture for reference.

Hope you enjoyed this look as much as I did recreating it! :)

Zoya Sunshine
Hello! I've been so bad at photographing the manicures I have been wearing lately. I'm coming up on my last month of school thank God, but I haven't had much time for blogging! Occasionally I post an iPhone shot on my Instagram so be sure to check me out here if you're wondering where I am!
Anyway, with not much time for nail art I usually slap on a textured polish because I can get a good 3/4 days of wear on it! That is if I'm not scratching like a crack addict to take it off before then.
I have the beautiful Zoya Sunshine gracing my finger nails today. It's a gorgeous denim/navy blue color saturated with silver sparkles! It's almost a one coat nail polish (aka just my type) but I did two out of habit and to ensure longevity.
Now if you're like me and others you're wondering why it's called Sunshine and it's blue. I found this little piece online "Did you think it was odd that the blue was called Sunshine? This is named after Sunshine Outing, the celebrity manicurist who came up with a navy Pixie Dust shade for the Timo Welland Show at NYFW by layering Godiva, Dahlia, and Nyx!"
I can't picture how a nude, black, and silver/gray shade make denim blue but I am loving the result of it! It is 10x more sparkly in person and I highly recommend this shade if you're a fan of texture polishes.

L.A Girl Teal Dimension
Today I've got this swatch of L.A Girl 3D Effects Teal Dimension. I purchased these because they are dupes for the amazing scattered holos Zoyas are known for (Blaze, Aurora, Dream, etc..) but unfortunately they have not gotten with the program and made every color known to man yet.
But L.A girl has a few colors Zoya does not! Like this gorgeous teal! A little sheer but builds great in three thin coats and the holo payoff is amazing. I couldn't stop staring at my hands in the sun. Dare I say better than Zoya?
I've also got the pink L.A girl in a design on this post if you would like to check that out. I definitely recommend these polishes as a great alternative if Zoya is out of your price range. L.A Girl is online or at Rite Aid! Also, Dulcie over at OhThreeOhFour has an amazing comparison posts between Zoya and L.A Girl! I definitely need them all after seeing her amazing swatches.
