I soo wanted to title this How Rei Rei Got Her Groove Back lol. I haven't stamped in the longest time and although this isn't even complicated I really missed it! Nothing like a full stamping manicure to lift the spirits.

Purple Holo Blocks

Monday, Monday it was all I hoped it would be...

Well it is with this manicure. This is something I wore over the weekend to a friend's birthday dinner. Was there purple in my outfit? No. Doesn't stop me from using it! I was itching to do a color block (actually more triangle like I guess) and this is how it turned out. 

The gorgeous nude holo base is BBN by Lacquer Lust. I now know why everyone dies to have this. It's an amazing nude with the slightest touch of holo. It was the perfect base for this. I then taped off random sections of nail and filled it in with A-England Sleeping Palace and Different Dimension Dueling Unicorns. The holo is strong in this one...

I also am going through a water mark font identity crisis. Excuse the inconsistencies while I find myself. I was pretty pleased with the way this turned out. Especially in the sun. Holo polishes never fail to brighten the mood. I hope you enjoyed this look! 

Gradient Archways & Berry Rose Triangles

   Hello! Here are two manicures I didn't get enough photos of, so I thought I would combine them into one post.

Both stamping images are from MoYou XL Pro Plate (02)

The base for the first is Square Hue - Westminster, a creme polish in a color I would describe as an off white/french vanilla color. I got it in my Square Hue monthly description box and it took three coats to reach opacity, but I have decided I love it! I don't have enough off whites in my collection. 

The stamping colors are A-England - St. George and Dragon. These two colors were made for each other! And they are perfect for stamping. They are holographic but of course the sun was not out for me to get another picture.

This second manicure I think is kind of a miss, because the metallic seemed to dry too fast and I didn't get to pick up some of the triangles. But oh well! I liked the color combo and thought it was decent enough to post. I'm all about the progress.

The base for this manicure was OPI - Ate Berries In the Canaries a gorgeous purple berry color. I love it! I stamped with Essie - Penny Talk a bold copper/rose gold shade that works amazing for stamping.

Tristam Roses

Okay I couldn't wait to share this! Pictures were a little hard because everything was so holographic!

I started with a base of A-England - Tristam and stamped over it with Color Club - Over the Moon. I can't get over how much I love the Color Club Halo Hues for nail stamping. So perfect because they are all surprisingly opaque! The plate was the large floral plate (04) from Winstonia. Their large plates are ideal because they cover my whole nail without a problem.

Had to get a matte shot in here as well so you could make out the roses more clearly. Which do you prefer? 

And the gorgeous Tristam by itself! A gorgeous blurple holographic color, which was amazing in two coats. A careful painter could get away with one though. This would also be a great stamping color too!

A-England Fated Prince

I was tempted to just name this post "perfection," because that's seriously what this shade is. I don't know how Adina does it but her polishes are absolutely gorgeous AND they apply like a dream. Sorcery I tell you!

Fated Prince (Burne Jones Dream Collection) is the most stunning light charcoal grey color with a surprising holographic addition that flashes olive green. I swear I was staring at my hands all day when I was wearing this. How can a polish have so many different color elements in it yet still blend together so flawlessly!?

 *trumpets and fanfare* DAT HOLO. If I haven't convinced you to buy this... you should after seeing this photo. This is definitely one of my top favorites now. Oh A-England, I love you!

Also. My topcoat. TOO. SHINY. Thanks Glossy Glam!

A-England St. George + Gradient

A swatch of A-England's St. George. A very saturated, gorgeous teal color. How have I been without A-England polishes this long!? Especially this color! Don't even get me started on the scattered holo on this. It makes it that much more unique. It isn't super strong but it's definitely there in direct sunlight.

I'm also a sucker for pretty gradient combos, and I was really inspired by Chalkboard Nail's post a few days ago. So I wanted to recreate it! Minus the hex charm. (but I really need to get my hands on some of those) These polishes work great for gradients! Some are definitely on my wishlist for creating more gradients.

Yesterday was pretty foggy but the sun is out and about today! So much the lizards are sunbathing. Happy Sunday everyone!

A-England Dragon

Today I have a beautiful swatch of Dragon, from the wonderful brand A-England! It's also one of my first purchases ever from them! How have I been without for so long?

Below are two easy coats of Dragon, with topcoat (doesn't dull holo at all)

 Don't you love when names are spot on? This is a perfect mossy green and looks.. exactly how a dragon's scale-y skin color would look! And the scattered holo just adds to the gorgeous color. It is so unique to my collection and I'm usually not a green fan but I'd wear this all day erryday! 

Below are two photos of it in the shade. Holo is a little less noticeable, but you can appreciate the beautiful green color even more! 

VERY happy with my purchase! The next post will be the other polish I picked up from A-England. I feel this coming up as a favorite brand...

These came in the mail today and I tore this thing open so fast! It was my order from Ninja Polish (possibly my new favorite supplier) with my first A-England polishes and my first BARRY M.

Words can't express how excited I am to finally get my hands on these! Especially Barry M! Since my UK nail buddy can't send me any (darn those strict UK customs) I've been searching for other ways to get them. Andddd I found one!

So excited. I have heard so many good things about both of these brands. My picks for now were Barry M Greenberry, A-England Dragon, and A-England St. George.

What are you favorite Barry M or A-England polishes? I'd love to put them on my wishlist as well!
